IPtoMAC

IPtoMAC is a great freeware program designed to find the MAC Address of any IPv4 device on your local network (subnet) even if that device is protected by a personal firewall.

The program is very simple to use, all you have to do is to enter the IP address and press the "Get MAC Address" button.
